Water Master Plan

Water is a precious resource, especially across the American West. Areas like El Paso County, home to Colorado Springs, CO, know smart water planning balances resources with development to preserve and protect their environment. For the 2nd year in a row, El Paso County has been recognized for their innovative Water Master Plan. This year, El Paso County's Water Master Plan won an Achievement Award in the Planning category from the National Association of Counties!
