Forsgren Welcomes Ron Manning

Forsgren welcomes Ron Manning, M.S., P.E., C.F.M., a water resources engineer with 12 years of experience to the Boise office! Ron’s background lies in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis. His expertise focuses on open-channel hydraulics in HEC-RAS in both 1D and 2D. He has spent several years preparing FEMA permits (LOMR, CLOMR, No-Rise) in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. Ron is a Certified Floodplain Manager and has experience consulting with Idaho’s city and county floodplain managers. He is also vice-chairman of the Northwest Regional Floodplain Management Association’s Idaho Technical Committee. Prior to Idaho, Ron worked on major flood risk mapping efforts with the USACE to model much of California’s Central Valley. We are excited to have you join our team!
