Solid Waste Engineering

The Forsgren Associates team of solid waste engineers and scientists tackles the breadth of today’s complex municipal waste issues. We plan and develop designs for new and expanding sites, transfer and recycling centers. Our experience includes monitoring and designing solutions to leachate and landfill gas problems. We develop operating, closure and post-closure plans, and stormwater management plans. We specialize in developing and negotiating solid waste strategies and permits that are protective of the environment and do not place undue financial burdens on facility users.
