Our field team routinely performs the full range of general inspections required to comply with local building codes and ordinances. In addition, special inspection programs provide valuable quality assurance and quality control of fabrication, installation, and placement of specific structural components and other construction materials. These programs require special knowledge, expertise, and attention for the benefit of designers and contractors, testing companies and building officials, with the goal of providing safe structures for the public. Forsgren Associates provides cast-in-place concrete testing; concrete embed observation; non-destructive strength testing; masonry special inspection; steel erection, bolting and visual welding observation; and special inspectors for soils, aggregate, hot-asphalt mix, and electrical oversight.
