Compliance with land use and building codes is critical to the long-term well-being of the communities in which we live and serve. Forsgren Associates’ building department includes former city engineers and building officials, ICC-certified and licensed commercial and residential building inspectors, special inspectors, plan reviewers, and counter technicians. They are supported by our suite of licensed civil and structural engineers. We provide: ICC plan reviews, building inspections, structural engineering and peer reviews, ordinance and procedures development, building abatement services (including court testimony), emergency response for life-safety inspections, land use consultations, and International Energy Code plan reviews and inspections.
